Photo 1
I chose this because it is a strong picture. Some of the compositional element that were used in the picture were leading lines, texture, depth of field, positioning, and rule of thirds. I considered the angle and light in in the photo when I took it looking up, I put the shade up to provide more light and to get a better reflection on the beads. when I took this I wasn't really trying to capture a certain mood, I just took it because I thought it might look cool in black and white. The leading lines in this photo make you go from the bottom to the top of the photo. |

In this picture for technical aspects I used lighting, contrast, focus, and depth of field. I used these aspects to make the photo more visually appealing and to make the texture stand out more. for composition I used point of view, rule of thirds, and a sense of depth to make the photo interesting to look at and it draws the eye deeper and deeper throughout the photo. the artistic qualities of the photo is the sense of isolation, only having one person in the photo.

Photo 3
I chose this photo because i found that it came out amazing and it was a really fun picture to edit. i used the rule of thirds, lighting, and cropping to make this photo the best it could be. i put a light on the right side and nothing on the left to create a slightly more dramatic looking picture. i tried to create this look to make an overall dramatic picture but in photoshop i decided to change his hair color to blue and slightly adjust the level enough to allow the viewer to see the other side of his face.
